Step1:

Access the AIDS Walk Phoenix website at www.aidswalkphoenix.org

Step 2:

Locate the registration button on the left side of the main page. Click the red “REGISTER” button and the first proper step of the Registration process will be initiated.

Step 3:

Next, the type of registration is selected. Note, registration can be for an individual or a runner. Additionally, dog registration can be added. Choose the type of registration needed. Registration for both yourself and your pet(s) can be done at the simultaneously and additional walkers, runners or pets can be added by using the [Add Another Registration] button.

Step 5

A new page will appear listing the current registration status on your current order. Verify the information listed and proceed to complete the order by selecting the payment type by entering the Credit Card type or a Gift Card/Promo Code if you have been supplied with one.

Once complete:

• Click “Complete Order” if you are ready to continue
  
• Click “Recalculate Order Total” if you want to re-check your Order Total (used with a Gift Card/Promo code)
  
• Click “Add another Registration” if you want to register another walker, runner or pet.
  
• Click “Start Over” If you want to restart the entire registration process.
  

Step 6:

The following page, one will be prompted for the billing details associated with the current order.

Once you’ve complete, click “Save This Address Button” if you are ready to continue, or, “Cancel” if you want to enter a different billing address.

Step 7:

The following page one can re-review the information and if correct, continue by clicking on the “Proceed to Payment” button.

If any information is incorrect, do not try to go back. Use the “Edit/Replace” options in order to make corrections.

Step 8:

Upon review and continuation, the proceeding page, the person will be prompted for the billing/payment details.

• Credit Card Type
  
• Credit Card Number
  
• Expiration Month
  
• Expiration Year
  
• Verification Code (Using a Visa or Master Card, you’ll find these three numbers at the back of the Credit Card. Using an American Express, you’ll find these four numbers located at the front of your card)
  

Once you have completed finished entering all of the correct billing information, continue by clicking on the “Continue” button.

Step 9:

We are almost done! Confirmation will be displayed on the next page if the payment type has been accepted. Also note, that a walker ID number and password will be assigned to the registration.

Such information is critical, without it you won’t be able to:

• Edit your profile information, and make it public
  
• Print posters and cards
  
• Create or Check team assignments... and more.
  

Because this information is important it, is recommended to print the page or note the details. This information will be sent to the e-mail provided

Step 10:

Finally, verify you have received an e-mail containing a copy of the order and a copy of your logon information which contains your ID Number and your Password.

Note for Team Captains: You will need to log onto the website using this ID and password to complete the Team registration if you chose to register a team. Once you log on, look for the Walker Information where you see section “Your Team” and click on the Join/Start link.

Afterwards, just follow the prompts about naming/describing your team and once complete you have formed your team!
