Nineteen agencies in the Valley benefit from AIDS Walk Phoenix. One of those agencies is highlighted below. Please note that all agencies benefit equally from all AIDS Walk Phoenix events.
HIV Care Directions Case management which provides comprehensive assessment, care planning, advocacy, supportive counseling, and links HIV positive clients to a wide array of services, including (not limited to): primary medical care, medications, dental care, behavioral health services, transportation, financial assistance, and housing. Case Managers follow-up with clients on a regular basis to ensure that the care plan and interventions are meeting their needs.

Teams Registration If you prefer, you may use this form to create your team and get your friends, neighbors, and co-workers to join your team.
Individual Registration You may use this form to register yourself and your friends. Please mail the registration and check(s) to Aunt Rita's Foundation P.O. Box 3946 Phoenix, AZ 85030 no later than Friday, September 24th.
